Quality-driven optimized resource allocation

The assurance of a good software product quality necessitates a managed software process. Periodic product evaluation (inspection and testing) should be executed during the development process in order to simultaneously guarantee the timeliness and quality aspects of the development workflow. A faithful prediction of the efforts needed forms the basis of a project management (PM) in order to perform a proper human resource allocation to the different development and QA activities. However, even robust resource demand and quality estimation tools, like COCOMO II and COQUALMO do not cover the timeliness point of view sufficiently due to their static nature. Correspondingly, continuous quality monitoring and quality driven supervisory control of the development process became vital aspects in PM. A well-established complementary approach uses the Weibull model to describe the dynamics of the development and QA process by a mathematical model based on the observations gained during the development process. Supervisory PM control has to concentrate development and QA resources to eliminate quality bottlenecks, as different parts (modules) of the product under development may reveal different defect density levels. Nevertheless, traditional heuristic quality management is unable to perform optimal resource allocation in the case of complex target programs. This paper presents a model-based quality-driven optimized resource allocation method. It combines the COQUALMO model as early quality predictor and empirical knowledge formulated by a Weibull model gained by the continuous monitoring of the QA process flow. A gabonavertikum komplex beruházás-elemzés módszertani fejlesztése = Methodological development of investment analysis in corn industry

A kutatás során a gabonavertikum komplex beruházás-elemzés módszertani fejlesztését a pályázatban megfogalmazott célokat szem előtt tartva végeztük el. A kutatás eredménye az alábbiakban összegezhető: - A kutatás során áttekintettük a beruházás-elemzésben alkalmazott módszereket, a dinamikus és statikus mutatókat egyaránt. Megállapítottuk, hogy megalapozottabbá tehető a döntéshozatal, az időtényező figyelembe vételével, ezért a további vizsgálatoknál a dinamikus mutatókkal számoltunk. - A dinamikus mutatókra épített elemzések során a beruházás kockázata elemezhető érzékenységvizsgálattal, illetve a sztochasztikus tényezőket valószínűségi változóknak tekintve szimulációs módszerekkel. Ezek alapján a kutatás során a dinamikus mutatókra épülő beruházási modelleket továbbfejlesztettük, és a szimuláció alkalmazásával lehetővé tettük a modellekben a kockázat megjelenítését. - Esettanulmányok készítésével teszteltük a kifejlesztett modellek gyakorlati alkalmazhatóságát. A kutatás értékét növeli, hogy a tesztelések után a kifejlesztett modelleket tényleges gabonaipari beruházások döntés-előkészítésben sikeresen alkalmazták. | In the course of research we did the methodical development of cereal sector's investment analysis bearing in mind the objectives set out in the project. The result of the project can be summarized as follows: - In the research we reviewed the methods used for investment analysis, both dynamic and statistical indices. We found out that decision-making can be made more established by considering time factor, therefore in further studies we calculated with dynamic indices. - In the analyses with dynamic indices, the risk of the investment can be analyzed by sensitivity analysis and also by simulation methods if we consider stochastic factors as probability variable. On that basis, in the research we developed the investment models based on dynamic indices and by adapting simulation we made possible to present risk in the models. - We tested the developed models'adaptability in practice by doing case studies. The value of the research is enhanced by the fact that the developed models after testing were adapted successfully in the decision preparations of investments in cereals sector

A szimbolizmus és az avantgarde kora az orosz művészeti kultúrában (kétnyelvű dokumentumgyűjtemény) = The age of symbolism and avant-garde in russian art (a bilingual textbook)

A kétnyelvű dokumentumgyűjteményben a tematikusan csoportosított anyagok a XIX-XX század fordulóját (a szimbolizmus és a szecesszió kora) és az 1910-20-as évek (a posztszimbolizmus és az avantgarde kora) időszakát követik végig. A bemutatott korszak nem csupán a festészeti kultúra virágkorát, a művészi módszerek kísérleti megújítását jelentette az orosz művészetben, hanem a művészi gyakorlat kritikai és elméleti reflexiójának, a művészetkritikai és művészetfilozófiai gondolkodásnak a virágkorát is. Ennek a korszaknak az átfogó bemutatása eddig még nem valósult meg a hazai művészettörténeti és szlavisztikai szakkutatásokban. A válogatás koncepcióját a kötet szaklektorai nemzetközi vonatkozásban is jelentősnek minősítették. Az eredeti szövegek magyar nyelvű fordítása az ELTE Orosz Irodalmi Doktori Programjának műhelyében készült. A kötetben szereplő szövegeket a doktori program tanárai és hallgatói fordították 500 oldal terjedelemben. A szövegeket mintegy 400 kép illusztráció kíséri. A dokumentumok közlését jegyzetapparátus és ajánló bibliográfia egészíti ki. A dokumentumgyűjtemény az egyetemi alapfokú és posztgraduális képzés területén hasznosítható a művészettörténet, az esztétika és a szlavisztika szakokon; a szélesebb olvasóközönség körében is népszerűsíthető. Mivel a kötet az eredeti orosz nyelvű forrásanyagot is tartalmazza, ezért nemzetközi érdeklődésre is számot tarthat. | Materials in the bilingual textbook are classified thematically in chronological order to follow the main trends of art criticism at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries (the age of Symbolism and Art Nouveau) as well as in the 1910s and 1920s (the age of Post-Symbolism and Avant-Garde). The described period marked not only the golden age of painting culture, the experimental renewal of artistic principles, but also the golden age of the critical and theoretical thinking. An all-embracing presentation of this period has not been accomplished so far in special research into Art History and Slavonic studies in Hungary. The translation of primary texts into Hungarian and the elaboration on up-to-date and easy-to-understand special terminology was prepared as a result of teamwork in the workshop of the PhD Program in Russian Literature at the Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest. The texts in the book were translated by the Professors and Students of the PhD program. The documents are complemented by 400 pictures illustrating the main trends of the period, and are accompanied by an extensive scholarly apparatus and a selected bibliography. The bilingual textbook illustrated with pictures can be used first of all as a university reference book in graduate and postgraduate education in Art History, Aesthetics, and Slavonic Studies. Since the bilingual book also contains the primary source material in Russian, it will arouse international interest
